- 5 PAGES UPLOADED! Go back to read them all ^^

Hey everyone, sorry for not updating for a while, I had scanner problems :S I thought for pacing purposes it might be nicer to read if the 4 pages in a week were updated all in one go, once a week. what do you guys prefer?

long needed replies XD :

Yubria, I am enjoying Monk so much, I'm already on the second season :D Although I feel sad to see that in later seasons his first assistant isnt there, who Ive grown fond of as a character ^^ They're like Holmes and Watson XD
Thank you Living Rock, what a lovely comment :)
Mandu you're back! XD I was wondering where you were, since your comic hasnt updated in so long! Is your wife in the army too? Is that how you met? ^^

This page was fun to do. As you can see at end of last chapter, two new characters are being introduced, you'll see them later on ^^ As for this chapter, it was my favorite to draw so far. Its hard to tell right now, but hopefully you'll guess where the traveller is in a few pages- this is more like a mini self contained story that helps build up the character :)

Im so used to you updating very regulary but it is more exciting reading many pages in one go than one at a time, only because of the pacing like you said.I know I would prefer updating 4 pages a week.
Is it me or has your art improved alot, I dont know what to say to this page its just awesome and bold O_o

Great job with the explosion.

I vote for weekly, cuz I don't like waiting for a long time to see what is going to happen next. But I'll be happy with bulk updates too, just as long as you continue.

Love the colors! They're so dramatic and pop so well! (also- that is the musician, isn't it? He just can't stay out of trouble, can he?) I think I'm going to like these two new characters... but then, I like pretty much all your characters.

I actually prefer Natalie over Sherona, probably just b/c I've seen more episodes w/ Nat in them, but it's just funny how she and Monk get along.

And I prefer daily updates.

purdy essplosion! beautifully done!

Here are some thoughts and comments about what I've read while catching up...

Also! I really want to see 'Parnassus'!!!! Sounds like a great story!

Saw Fantastic Mr. Fox and loved the hell out of it. Wes Anderson is a doggone genius. My wife introduced me to his work and I love everything he's done. We own all his stuff, save for The Royal Tannenbaums for reasons unknown.

On a pun related note on the 5th of November, would Brits consider ol' Guy as Fantastic Mr. Fawks? heh heh...

On fans and SmackJeeves in general~ I have x amount of 'fans' who are registered on SJ and there is no way of knowing exactly who is stopping by.

What I do to get people to venture over to my site is to draw on little bits of paper and leave the site on it and set the paper in a public place and hope for the best. Also, I have a rather unassuming Facebook account and add my site link everytime I update.

I also search SJ for some of the least fanned comics out there and read them, comment on them and fave them. SJ is give and take that way :) Show some genuine love and get some back :) Spriters are some of my favorite people on SJ as while some of them find themselves unable to put pen to paper the way you and I do, they have creative minds and are doing what they can with what they have. Make friends with these folks. Many are young teens, which means when they become your readers, they will be around for along time. hee hee XD

You might also consider getting a self inking rubber stamp with your site addy on it for easy 'guerrilla advertising'

You have an amazing unique style! And hey, aren't you published on paper with a publishing company? *Jealous*

I've read many places that webcomics can take years before they really 'get off the ground.'

For those who need the Tl;dr version- You're awesome, keep at it and the fans will come!
